Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. All delivery charges are covered by poppy Flower- Dried poppy heads at no additional cost to our customers.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information to monitor their shipment.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- International destinations: 7-14 business days

Returns Policy
In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for a refund, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Should your order arrive damaged or fail to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work towards a satisfactory resolution at no additional cost to you.
