We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to help your dried poppies arrive in excellent condition.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods or following public holidays, preparation may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Times and Costs

Available delivery services, estimated arrival times, and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide rather than a guarantee.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, you will receive the details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update.

Delivery Delays

Damaged Parcels

Dried poppies are delicate natural products, and a small amount of shedding during transit is normal. We package every order carefully to minimise movement and protect the contents.
